Mayflower's Education and Career Guidance (ECG) programme empowers students to make informed decisions about their educational and career journeys. We equip Mayflowerians with essential knowledge, skills and values at each key education stage, ensuring smooth transitions from school to further education or the workforce. Through our comprehensive approach, students develop the ability to plan and manage their career pathways effectively, deepen their sense of purpose, and make well-informed choices about their post-secondary options that align with their strengths, interests and aspirations.
